ALL VENDORS that desire to qualify for a Health Towers contract, during or post- construction, are required to Register and Submit Qualifications electronically ; 
INSTRUCTIONS :
1.  Enter the
  Health Towers user access  :  Para.HT 
2.  Register for your user account
3.  Log in to your user account, click the "Vendors" icon on the main menu (upper right icon)
4.  Complete the vendor submission form, attach Cover Letter or Letter of Intent, and attach Qualifications Package (Max. 10 MB), click the "Submit" button
5.  Additional Materials can be sent for review to :
